On 20th of July the meeting Open call management sharing experience between KITT4SME and DIGITbrain projects was held. The primary objective of this meeting was to leverage the participants’ project experiences in running Open Calls within the context of EU projects. The focus of the meeting was on various aspects of Open Calls (OC), including OC promotion, the evaluation phase, challenges encountered during management and technical training, as well as exchanging opinions and best practices regarding dissemination strategies for SMEs and startups participating in OCs and dissemination practices regarding actions’ results.
The meeting discussion yielded valuable results, and a document was created, summarizing key points that highlighted the identified problems, along with potential solutions or actions to be taken in the future.
